Dr. K. M. Tsang received the BEng and PhD degrees in Control Engineering from the University of Sheffield, U.K. in 1985 and 1988, respectively. At present, he is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. His research interests include system identification, adaptive control and pattern recognition. He has authoured and co-authoured more than 100 technical papers in these areas.
