Dr. K. M. Tsang received the BEng and PhD degrees in Control Engineering from the University of Sheffield, U.K. in 1985 and 1988, respectively. At present, he is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. His research interests include system identification, controller tuning, power converter control, and renewable energy. He has authored and co-authored more than 100 technical papers in these areas.
