EMC Laboratory (CF004c)

 
Description:

 

The laboratory is equipped with a number of modern equipment for electromagnetic Interference (EMI) and Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC). The frequency range covers from DC to 3GHz and can also measure Magnetic and Electric fields. It is equipped with a GTem-cell that is to perform open-site test. We have recently procured a high power amplifier that can generate high intensity of E-field that can provide more than 20V/m intensity for EMC test

We also have a number of E-field and H-field probes that allow us to do calibration. We can also examine electronic circuit or system by using near-field probe or scanner that can examine the emission. The facilities have been used for EMI and EMC analysis for rail, motor drives, power supplies, magnetic devices and consumer electronics.
